The site is located along Jalan Wangsa Delima within the township of Wangsa Maju, just 8KM northeast of Kuala Lumpur City Centre (‘KLCC’) and a stone throw away from MCL Land’s Wangsa Walk Mall. Wangsa Maju is one of the largest townships in Kuala Lumpur and was earmarked as Carbon Neutral Centre by Kuala Lumpur City Hall. The township has benefited from road and infrastructure improvements in recent years, the area has transformed from an underdeveloped to a mature upper middle class neighbourhood.
The site is well-connected to other neighbourhoods, like Melawati, Ampang and Embassy Row including Kuala Lumpur Financial District, via highways and major roads such as Karak Highway, Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway, Middle Ring Road 2, Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway, Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway and the upcoming Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway. It is also within walking distance to Sri Rampai LRT Station (only 6 stops to KLCC), the project slated to launch in late 2025.
